Hello! My name is Britni Carlson and I am the owner of Northwest Barbers.

I have been specializing in Men's hair for 13 years! I love creating new friendships and making people look and feel their best. I love my profession and I'm so excited to be able to share my passion with a great team of barbers!

 

My husband is my rock! We call home in Hermiston, Oregon. When we aren't working you can find us on the ranch with our horses and dogs, or traveling to rodeos across the Northwest! Our love for the Northwest inspired us in branding our businesses!

We opened our first business, a construction company, Concrete Northwest in 2016. After 4 years we were eager to start another adventure, and opened Northwest Barbers in March 2020. We can't wait to welcome you to our Barbershop! We hope you love it as much as we do!

My Name is Lizete. I have been in the industry for over 15 years. Although my career started with styling women's hair, I quickly learned that was not my passion and found my calling in men's grooming. I enjoy the conversations, getting to know each one of my clients and watching the transformations unfold in my chair. The boost in confidence when a client leaves my chair drives my passion on. 

In my free time you will find me outdoors, hiking, fishing or foraging in the woods. I spend a lot of time at my parent's house but also love being at home with my son, reading a good book and taking care of my plants.

 

I am overjoyed to be part of the team and look forward to helping every client shine on the outside as bright as the inside. 

My name is Griselda and I am a newly licensed esthetician! I graduated in April of 2024. I love waxing and doing facials. I have lived in Washington all of my life! 

My husband Tomas and I have 2 children, our 10 year old son and our 5 year old baby girl. One of my favorite things I enjoy is doing new things with my family and going on family vacations! I am excited to be part of this team and can’t wait to see what’s to come!

My name is Jenni. I have been a receptionist here for 1 year now. I found this place through Chala. She used to do my hair and we became fast friends. She would talk about how busy the shop was getting and that they could use some help. So, I decided to take her up on the offer and use my many talents at the shop.

In my free time I love to take my rescue pitbull Red on walks and feed him too many treats!

What I love most about my job is the artistry and the human interaction. Also, there’s nothing more satisfying to me than doing a clean fade!

 

When I’m not working, I’m kind of a homebody. I like to watch movies and eat good food! But I have also enjoyed traveling a lot in the past and have had the pleasure of seeing 8 different countries and hopefully more to come!
